Boats For Sale/Boat Storage
** Please note, with respect to Boats/Trailers for Sale: In order to comply with the Association Covenant restrictions, Stage I purchasers who intend to keep the boat/trailer on the Island must screen the boat sufficiently on their property so it is not visible from any public road or fairway view or store it at one of the storage facilities on the island (Association Boat Park, Village Access or Contractor Yard). Neighborhood associations may establish parking areas for boats in their neighborhoods and limited common areas, as long as the boats are screened from the fairway or any road not inside the boundaries of the neighborhood.
