We are Bald Head Island's Stage One homeowners’ association.
It our mission to protect Bald Head Island property values through advocacy on behalf of our members, enforcement of our Covenants, communication with and for our members, and the development and administration of a long-term vision.
Our vision is based on environmental stewardship, harmony with nature, and implementation of sustainable, “green” living practices to enhance the quality of life for property owners.
